late cancellation policy

We understand schedules change. Late cancellations will continue to have no penalties or hidden fees, allowing you to manage your bookings through your Arketa account with flexibility.

$10 no-show fee

To keep a smooth flow and give our waitlist priority, a $10 no-show fee will be implemented if you miss a session without canceling. We truly want to encourage everyone to show up—especially for our larger class settings.

what to bring to class

Clients are encouraged to bring their own mat, water, and a small towel to every session. If you don't have a mat, don't sweat it—we will provide one for you. To ensure maximum stability during our movements, grip socks are also highly encouraged.

do i need a new account to book?
Arketa uses a unified login system. If you already have a profile with Arketa through another fitness studio, you can use those exact same credentials to log in here. If you are totally new to the platform, you can create a secure account seamlessly during checkout right on our schedule block.
can i book a spot for a friend?
Yes! When you select a class time on our booking grid, Arketa gives you the option to reserve multiple spots. You can easily use your active class pack credits to secure an extra mat for a guest directly during checkout.
how do i manage my bookings?
You can track your schedule right here on our website by logging into your user profile via our schedule widget. Alternatively, you can download and log into the Arketa mobile app to view your upcoming sessions, track active pack limits, and manage reservations on the go.
what do i need to bring to class?

where should i park when visiting the studio?
Metered street parking is available along Commerce St and the surrounding neighborhood blocks—make sure to pay via the app or station before heading inside. We highly recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled class time to secure a spot, pay for parking, and get checked in before class begins.
